If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through our services by completing the following DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and delivering it to our designated Copyright Agent.

When delivering the Notice to us, please include the following information:

  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing with enough detail for us to locate it
  4. Your contact information including address, telephone number, and email
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized
  6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Warning: Knowingly misrepresenting that material or activity is infringing may subject you to liability for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees).

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification containing the following information:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the material that has been removed and its location before removal
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to jurisdiction of Federal District Court

We will forward any complete counter-notification to the original complaining party. The original complaining party will then have 10 business days to notify us that they have filed legal action relating to the allegedly infringing material. If we don't receive such notification, we may restore the material.

It is our policy in appropriate circumstances to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. We may also at our sole discretion limit access to the service and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
